While most of the year Dallas is associated with football, in early April it distinguishes itself as a city of the arts. Beginning April 4, the second annual Dallas Arts Week festival will showcase an expanded line-up of events, galleries, and original works including Richard Phillip’s controversial giant metal Playboy Bunny logo. Visitors can also view 93 international exhibitions at the Dallas Art Fair, one of the events running in conjunction with the festival (“Eye” by Tony Tasset will be featured), or tour the Dallas Cowboys Art Collection at AT&T stadium. And, George W. Bush has announced that heplans to hold the first exhibition of his art at his presidential library in early April.
