Her use of vivid colors explore challenges faced by women of Iran yet there's always a hint of darkness and danger looming. Home, family , and the society at large are presenting challenges, yet beauty is always a possibility. She also refers to the mask wearing tradition in western Iran, particularly Kurdistan, to greet the Persian new year(Nowruz) at the arrival of spring.
